-happens when you UNDER-EAT (i.e.
in a caloric deficit) for a

WHAT TO DO:
How it happens: -the only way to restore your
metabolism is to INCREASE the
-you spend over 12 weeks in a calories you're consuming
caloric deficit (not eating enough) -you need to consume at least
-your body responds by slowing your maintenance calories for
down your metabolism = your body at least 4-6 weeks
now burns FEWER calories -make sure you're getting
-you now need even FEWER calories enough protein (at least
to continue losing weight 0.7-1g per 1 lb of current body
-you decrease the calories again weight
and lose some more weight, -after the 4-6 weeks, you
metabolism slows down again, and should notice the improvement
you now need even fewer calories of the symptoms mentioned
-eventually, your metabolism is above
slowed down to the point where you -can now introduce a SLIGHT
need VERY FEW calories to lose caloric deficit and see how
weight, which is just unrealistic your body responds -
and not sustainable = this is the generally, you should start
