OPENING A NEW BRACH OF COMPANY ON COLOMBO, RAJAGIRIYA

We hereby certify that the following resolution of the Board of directors of Edutech Lanka Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd
Was passed at a meeting of the Board held on 24th April 2023 and has been duly recorded in the minute book of the
said Company: -

RESOLVED :- that EDUTECH LANKA CONSULTANCY (PVT)LTD is duly authorized to sign seal execute and
deliver any such Deed of Lease for the aforesaid purpose with KURUKULARACHIGE DON SHIHARA
HASHINI PERERA NEE NANAYAKKARA alias CARMALEEN SHIHARA HASHINI NANAYAKKARA
PERERA (Holder of National Identity Card No.197786102275) of No.12, Arunachalam Avenue, Horton Place,
Colombo 7 which is necessary to enter into a Lease Agreement upon receiving the consent of the Urban Development
Authority.

It is FURTHER RESOLVED that the director, namely DISSANAYAKA ARACHCHILAGE SUMITH PRASAD
Is hereby empowered and authorized to sign any such Deed of Lease for the aforesaid purpose on behalf of the
company.

THE SCHEDULE ABOVE REFERRED TO

All the building presently bearing Assessment No. 385/2 Kotte Road, Rajagiriya standing on an undivided 2/3 part
or share from and out of an allotment of land marked Lot 17 depicted on Preliminary Plan No.7032 dated 8th July
1991 made by the Surveyor General (being a sub division of Lot 11 on Plan No. 5534 made by Surveyor General)
together with everything standing thereon situated in the village of Welikada in ward No. 3 of the Welikada in the
Grama Niladhari Division of Welikada in the Divisional Secretariat Division of Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte in the
District of Colombo Western Province and which said Lot 17 is bounded on the North by Lots 1,2 and 3 on Plan
No.7032 on the East by Lot 4 on Plan No.7032 on the South by Lot 16 on Plan No. 7032 and on the West by Lot 18
on Plan No. 7032 and containing in extent Nougat Decimal Nougat Three One One Hectares (0.0311 Ha) according
to the said Plane No.7032 and Registered in Volume / Folioi A 164 / 38 at the Land Registry Delkanda.

Together with the full and free right to use Road Reservation in along and over:-

All that divided and defined allotment of land marked Lot 4 depicted on Preliminary Plan No.7032 situated in the
village Welikada aforesaid and which said Lot 4 is bounded on the North by Kotte Road, Lot 3 on the East by Nos.5
and 14 on the said Plan. 7032 on the South by Lot 13 and on the West by Lots 3,17,16 and 15 on the said Plan. 7032
and containing in extent Nougat Four Four One Hectares (0.0411 Ha) according to the said Plan No 7032 and
Registered in the Volume / Folio A 164/39 at the Land Registry Delkanda.
