11-15. Servant and transformational leadership have attributes that provide


guidance and inspiration through these changes. Servant leadership focuses on
supporting and developing the individuals within an institution, while
transformational leadership focuses on inspiring followers to work towards a
common goal. The intent of Transformational Leadership is to create or change
culture. This is best suited for situations when a certain atmosphere is the key
objective. Situational Leadership, on the other hand is better suited for isolated
situations. It could be construed as Management (whether of tasks or people).
16-20. Leadership means "the ability of an individual to influence,
motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success
of the organizations of which they are members." Management comprises
directing and controlling a group of one or more people or entities for the purpose
of coordinating and harmonizing that group towards accomplishing a goal.
