Pursuant to your interview performance with us, we are delighted to offer you
employment with Talentjolt Inc. This offer is confidential upon the acceptance of the
terms and conditions of your assignment as set forth below and the attachments that are
incorporated by reference (if any).

General Conditions

I. Remuneration Package (Peso)

A. Others

Labor Contract: Employee will sign the official contract with the company.
Contract term and conditional details based on employee status.
For your services, you shall be entitled on your compensation package listed below:
Working Hour : 9 Hours, 4 days off
Salary Type : Monthly
Basic Monthly Rate Salary : 15,000
Daily Rate : 613.42
Hourly Rate : 76.68
Allowance 1 : 1,000
Allowance 2 :
Range of KPI : 0-4k
Salary Payment : Current month salary will be released
Every 20th and 5th in cash

B. Circumstances that will make this NULL and VOID:

Personal information or certificate was testified to as fake by a professional


organization.
Revealed via reference check that the candidate has a seriously bad record in past
experience.
Those whose physical examination does not meet the job position requirement.
Those who work under the same group of companies and not informing the hiring
entity.
If the General Medical Check-up didn’t meet the qualifications of the company you
will not proceed to the onboarding procedure.
After you signed and acknowledged the Offer Letter, you will be given one (1) week
to submit all the requirements. Failure to do so, Employment Offer will be cancelled.

C. Board and Lodging

Stay-in set up is a temporary privilege given by the company, wherein anytime


the Management has the right to terminate this privilege, whenever needed.

D. Key Performance Incentive (KPI)

Key Performance Incentive (KPI) is not mandated by law, wherein the Management
can abolish it any time they need to.
It can only be acquired after passing the training month, which will be based on the
employee’s work performance and attendance.
Remark:

All your personal information and working experience provided to the company will
be subject to the verification once you accept the offer. The offer letter will be treated as
part of any subsequent employment with the company. Any innocent information given,
will result in disqualification or termination of employment with the company. This offer
letter will become ineffective if we do not receive any response from you within one (1)
week.
