INTERPRETATION
Normal left ventricular dimension , with normal wall motion and contractility;
with adequate systolic function. (EF 57% by teicholz; 57% by simpsons).
Normal left ventricular mass index and relative wall thickness.
Normal left and right atria
Normal right ventricular size with normal systolic function (TAPSE 22mm; 2D RV FAC 46%).
Normal main pulmonary artery , aortic root and visualized proximal ascending aorta.
Structurally normal aortic, mitral, pulmonic and tricuspid valves.
No pericardial effusion.
CONCLUSION
Normal left ventricular geometry with normal wall motion and contractility ,
with normal systolic function.
Mild tricuspid regurgitation

Doppler evidence of impaired left ventricular relaxation
