Dear Mr. Lozada,

Our office is writing to inform you on the matter of payment of damages.

On March 11 and 24, 2022 and August 4, 2022 your firm undertook drilling
works for the installation of fiber optic wires. In the course of that drilling, our
main pipelines located along national highway of Davao-Cotabato road
particularly at the following: near Dawns Café/Restaurant, Brgy. Poblacion,
Kidapawan City; KM 110, Brgy. Amas, Kidapawan City; and near Kidapawan
City Pilot Elementary School were structurally damaged which risked the
contamination of the water supply. Thus, considering that it needs immediate
action we undertook the repairs and spent One Hundred Forty-Six Thousand
Three hundred Ninety-Eight and Seventy-Five Cents Pesos (P146,398.75).

Accordingly, this letter shall serve as DEMAND for the settlement of the

aforementioned amount within 15 days Otherwise, we will be constrained to file
the necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of this office. 

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention
to avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation.

actual amount payable to MKWD. I learned po kasi na they paid a
portion of their obligation to MK. Please check po the amount.

courier. It is easier to track receipt po kasi sa kung courier.

Pakilagay po kung sino na ang contact person since si sir Ronnie is no

longer handling this account.

Please monitor then po sa courier if na receive ne fiber net.

Please note 15 days shall reckon/commence from the time of receipt

by the firm.
