Introduction Course into the art of Soft Cheese Making
Come and join our renowned chef Phillippe Kanyaro (chef and owner of Le Pruneau Tamworth) and fellow Cheese lovers to learn about the amazing process involved with making soft cheeses Camembert, Quarg, Mascarpone and Ricotta. Enjoy learning from Phillippe as he brings to life the passion, method and joy that is involved in the cheese making process. Along the way you will get many useful tips on where to source your ingredients and equipment along with the marvellous recipes for the soft cheese you make! During the day you will enjoy a tasting of some ne Australian and French style cheeses and a delightful lunch with time to chat with Phillippe. Please bring with you a container with a lid which has a rack inside it. Please wear closed shoes with a non slip sole if it is possible.
