R.IGNACIO, TEODORO R. IGNACIO , ADELA I. PALAGANAS, RODRIGO R.IGNACIO and
FLAVIANA I. BATUNGBAKAL , resident of and with postal address at Brgy. Ligas ,

containing an area of SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENY SIX (6,476) square meters,
more or less.
2. To sign , execute, deeds , contracts, quitclaims, settlements, agreements, arrangements, and any
other documents necessary or desirable to implement and to receive cash and /or check and have
the payments therefore in check issued in Attorney-in –Fact’s name GUILLERMA I. TOMAMBO.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in –Fact full power and authority to do
perform in our absence and all acts, land things, requisite and/ or necessary to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents, and purposes as we might or could do lawfully do and perform if personally
present and acting in person, and ratifying and confirming all, that our said Attorney- in- Fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
