To generate ideas, activities and initiatives which would drive business better and to achieve the company
goal.

To gauge and prepare sales targets annually, projection plan for business expansion and profitability

To compile completed project photos, certifications, licenses for the company

To prepare project quotation and analyze the potential of success and reason of failure

To identify new market opportunities (tender notices / invitation), competitors developments and market
rends

Work interactively with production & administrative team to ensure sufficient reservation are done for
confirmed project and to improve overall product delivery experience to client

To carry out marketing and promotional activities through cold calling, personal visits, road shows or
webminars.

Keep track and coordinate any changes of client need with design team.

To keep track on sales records, billing processes and timely collection of payment.

REQUIREMENT

· Ability to have a convincing and positive attitude.

· Strong interest in construction related field

· Sufficient mobile and flexibility

· Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Words, Excel)

(I) QUALIFICATION

· Diploma in Business Management / Marketing with working experience

· Bachelor Degree in Business (Sales & Marketing) or any related field

(II) SKILLS

· Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

· Excellent writing and communication skills.

· Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.

· Good listening and problem-solving skills.

· Time management skills.

· Critical thinking skills.

ASTEEL Developement Sdn Bhd (ADSB) is primary involved in roof truss and roof

covering construction, building façade construction, industrialised building system

construction and property development. The company is founded on 13 September

2013, which started with manufacturing and sales of roofing and structural steel

products. Since then, ADSB has grown further in procuring contracts and has managed a few prestigious
projects for client such as IBRACO, JKR Sarawak, Council and etc.

The company is CIDB registered Grade G6 Contractor, whom is also a panel contractor

for industrialised building system using AGIBS Wetwall system.

ADSB is backed by ASTEEL Group of Companies which provides many advantages on

continuity of supply, maintained product quality and wide range of project integration opportunities. We are
a dedicated team of technical personnel from civil and structural engineering background which are
emphasis on preconstruction planning, estimating for diversed portfolio of clients.

ADSB has the strength to carry out design works, structural calculation, costing take-off, 3D detailings &
axonometric projection, project planning, small scaled project site

supervisory & implementation. Collaborative experience with other expertise had also enriches our depth of
experience and integration of building methodology.
