Yes, I agree that schools have a responsibility to teach young people all the skills they

need to stay fit and healthy because they spend almost half their time in school and
they do better in school too.

Schools hold exercise classes and make rules for eating a balanced diet to keep the
child healthy and fit.

Firstly, school conduct sports activities to keep children healthy.


Exercise is a very important part of our daily routine, we cannot really exercise if it
suits our will but school mandated exercise will benefit us. and they do it for our
benefit.

Secondly,regarding food , most schools put in place a strict rule of bringing healthy
food and following a nutritious diet , which will also provide the necessary nutrition
for the body . Junk food is also unavoidable but can be eaten from time to time.

Finally,playing sports activities also help young people stay fit and increase
healthy.Which are beneficial in every school, they say " Health is wealth " and sport
also plays an important role in that .

If you are not a good sports person then try to be one.

School helps us to be healthy and stay fit by conducting such activities. .
