BPC MEDIA – RISK ASSESMENT FORM

PRODUCTION TITLE: The Final Meta Project

DATE OF FILMING: 2nd May 2023
LOCATION 23 Loders Close
ADDRESS:
DESCRIPTION OF My FMP is going to be a short narrative film in which I talk to my
ACTIVITY/ creative conscience, represented by a red demon, about the FMP
PRODUCTION: itself. The demon will be rotoscoped onto myself as I will use a
mask in order to make it appear that there are two of myself in the
same shot for certain parts of the film. I will also use shots of only
me or the demon in order to create variety in cinematography,
and the scenes with conflict more intense.
PERSONS TAKING As explained before, I will be playing as both myself and the
PART: character of the demon through masking and then rotoscoping. I
EG have written the script and I will not be using help from any peers
STUDENTS
ACTORS as this project is quite personal to me and my creative mindset.
