Dear Mr. Ganase,

Our client, Mr. MAC DAVIDSON D. VALLEJOS (MR. VALLEJOS for brevity) of Santiago City has
referred to us for legal action regarding a BLUE OFFROAD BUGGY VEHICLE which was stolen from his
auto garage located in Batal, Santiago City. A picture of said unit is herewith attached.

The stealing of the said BLUE OFFROAD BUGGY VEHICLE transpired on June 24, 2021, and was
only reported to Mr. Vallejos the next day because he was in Canada. The employees of the latter had
confirmed that it was you who took the said BLUE OFFROAD BUGGY VEHICLE without Mr. Vallejos’
consent.

Our client also informed us that he bought the said BLUE OFFROAD BUGGY VEHICLE from you and
that you were the former owner thereof. This transaction of Sale between you and Mr. Vallejos
transferred ownership to the latter over the said BLUE OFFROAD BUGGY VEHICLE, thus it is no longer
your property.

In this connection, and in behalf of our client, we demand from you to return the said BLUE
OFFROAD BUGGY VEHICLE or pay the amount of P350,000.00 and contact Mr. Vallejos at 09457297501
or our Law Office at 09056564189.

We are giving you ten (10) days from receipt hereof to return the BLUE OFFROAD BUGGY
VEHICLE or to pay P350,000.00. Failure to do so will have its legal consequences and We will be
constrained to file criminal cases such as Estafa, Qualified theft under the Revised Penal Code of the
Philippines and violation of anti carnapping Law (Republic act 10883) against you with reservation of a
civil case.

You are, therefore, advised to give your favorable consideration on this matter.
