 First inform the shift in charge that you are going to change over from GENERATOR 1 to

GENERATOR 2 for boiler 1 operation.

 Ensure physical inspection that the GENERATOR 2 at boiler 1 INLET AND OUTLET

damper are in close position and air pressure at regulator should be 5 bar to 6 bar.

 Select the LOCK icon and enter the password 3458 on LOP screen

 Press the pressure icon and keep the PID MAN mode

 Select the PID MAN and set the value 60% 50% 40% and so on on finally 0%

 Press the control icon and press the system off . notice that outlet damper will be closed

and burner ready green light turn off

 Press the control icon and select pump 1 on or pump 2 on and then select the generator

2. also ensure the blowdown set values current values or 20 min @ 15 sec on lop screen

 Press the pressure icon and keep the PID man mode and set the value PID man value is

0%

 Press control icon and select the system ON on lop screen

 Press the burner ready push button on lop, notice that green indication lamp will glow

and also notice that outlet damper will open immediately ensure physical inspection of

the outlet damper in open position

 After 1 minute select the pressure icon and set the value for pid man 10% 20% 30% and

so on finally select PID auto

 Now boiler operation in auto mode as per steam pressure set values (present set value

or SET-5.2 BAR, HYS -0.5BAR, PID SET -4.5BAR)
