That I booked a Internet connection from your regional offi , Lahore against the consideration of Rs. 14000/- on 29.07.2017. According to your promise the said connection would be installed within one month but till now it is not installed. The same problem was brought to your knowledge for many times during the period. On my repeatedly complaint your representative had visited my home on 27.11.2017 and installed wire of the said connection which is not operational yet. I complaint time and again to Mr. Abid Islam and Mr. Zeshan to resolve my problem but all in vain and now they are not bothering to attend. my calls. It is a grave act of negligence on your part as you fail to provide standard services to the undersigned as per your commitment. It is your legal as well as moral responsibility to provide the undersigned reasonable services as per your commitment. Your highly negligent behavior and faulty services are not only against the law but these are also against values of commercial morality. Behavior of your officials was also very rude and discourteous when they were approached for guidance, help and to settle the matter regarding extremely faulty services for installation of Fiberlink Intemet connection. This type of faulty services and insolent behavior is a sheer violence of all norms and laws. 3. Due to the above said reasons, undersigned suffered with huge mental agony, physical stress and loss of precious money, due to which you are hereby intimated to pay damages to the tune of Rs. 10,000,000/- for above mentioned sufferings and refund my paid amount i.e. Rs. 14000/- within fifteen days of receipt of this legal notice, otherwise I will avail all Civil and Criminal legal proceedings against you and claim will be filed in District Consumer Court, Lahore for damages.
