In this regard, the online portal for registering request transfer to other Regions is enabled. Officers are advised to register their request for transfer in CHRIS 3 > Career Management (Promotion & Transfer) > Online Transfer Request System (Officers/ Award Staff). General Instructions to be followed: 1. Online requests submitted by Officers and duly forwarded/recommended by Regional Managemen! / HODs, within stipulated timeline, shall only be considered. No physical requests shall be entertained. 2. Officers who wish to cancel their existing online transfer requests have to necessarily update the same on or before the cut-off date, ie., on or before 22.02.2023, 3. Officers cannot modify their earlier request, however, they can cancel their earlier request and enter fresh request in CHRIS online portal. 4. Officers who are currently on Unauthorized Absence/Loss of Pay are not eligible for applying for Online Request Transfer Last date for submission of Online Request Transfer by Officers - 22.02.2023 Last date for disposing all online Request Transfer by RMs/HODs = 24.02.2023 Respective Regional Managers / RO/CO HODs are advised to dispose all online lransfer requests (either recommend or decline}, on or before 24.02.2023, without any exceptions or omissions.
