The title of the proposed business will be ONE -TOUCHWI-FIDISTRIBUTORS. The entrepreneur
chose to specify the business with the main product to distinguish it directly, from other Wi-Fi
distributors since the business will be largely concerned with the distribution of Wi-Fi. The
entrepreneur chose the initials ONE TOUCH because the business will be legit and once we do our
work we do it once and well. It will inspire the youth to start their own Wi-Fi distribution.
The entrepreneur who is 19 years old is currently acquiring her Diploma in information communication
technology in Thika Training Institute and intends to start the businesses on July 2027 after completion
of his under graduate degree from the university of Eldoret.WiFi distribution will help the youth and
the employees to access information from the network through browsing.

The entrepreneur intends to set up the business in Njoro, Makindu Sub County, and Nakuru County
which is a growing trading center just a few kilometers from Nakuru town.
The entrepreneur find this area convinced by the goo environment with friendly people and a stable
government. The area is also populated such that the business will be able to reach many people. The
geographical location was also inspired by the good climatic conditions.

owner of the business will be Muthini Jude Ndunge, 19 years old and currently resides in Thika where
she is attaining her skills and knowledge in computer and information technology in Thika Technical
Training Institute and her parents leaves in Kibwezi. The entrepreneur will graduate from Thika
Technical Training Institute the year 2025 after her final national examinations. The entrepreneur will
hire a cashier for the business who will aid in financial sector. The sole proprietor will use ideas created
by those in the business integration with her ideas to come up with a business. The sole proprietor will
have competitor for her multiplied ability. The form of business is preferred because it doesn't require
legal formalities when starting. The owner has got all freedom in the business and also decision making
is not delayed as no one is needed to be consulted. Some of the profit got from the business shall be
ploughed back to the business. The owner will also register the business in the county council for
issuing a license for the business will operate freely.

The business is privately owned hence the business will be a sole proprietorship therefore management
will be under my supervision. The business will run from the year 2027 since the founder of the
business will be capable enough to run the business. The proposed business will need an initial starting
capital of 700000 as the entrepreneur will contribute 50000 from her saving and obtain 350000 from
her family and 50000 from her friends. The loans from friend will be payable after 3 months of starting
the business with a monthly installment of 6250 for a period of 8 months and family will be payable
after 1 year of starting the business with a monthly installment of 14600 for a period of 2 years.

business. Some of other services that her business will offer will include router installation, Password
setting, Selling of fiber cable and also decoders.

quality servicing products that are used when serving their customers and low pricing as a way of
attracting more customers while Star-net network shop and Easy life WI-FI options are both small
company.
It is good when the business is faced with competitors since it enables the firm to carry out its
operations keenly and considerable, this helps the business to identify its weakness and improve them
in order to improve its sales.
