1.0 Forum Title

The title of the forum is Bullying in Workplace.
2.0 Forum Description (why we do this forum, where we get this idea to do this forum, background
of workplace bullying)
This forum plays as a platform for UMS students to understand the bullying issue in workplace.
3.0 Forum Objectives
This forum is aimed to achieve the following objectives:
3.1 To raise awareness of the target beneficiaries about workplace bullying.
3.2 To introduce workplace bullying to current and future workers.
3.3 To provide information to the target beneficiaries regarding ways to deal with workplace
bullying.

The target participants are all Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) students.

6.2 Number of Target Participants

The estimated number of target participants is about 30 to 100 UMS students.

The moderator and the panels are the year 3 students from counselling psychology.
