and he will have to talk to IT. Also, he’s
pretty sure he doesn’t have all the
information from every professor yet.

Evaluation

He gets the descriptions from his email

and sends them over to IT. A week later,
the same professor stops by to ask if the
descriptions will be posted soon, and he
is confused as to why they haven’t yet
been.

Plot
David calls IT because he had emailed
before and hadn’t heard back. Finally,
he gets someone on the phone after a
half hour of waiting and the descriptions
are finally posted by the end of the day.

schedules of coworkers. Jenn is underwhelmed
with the technology available; she believes that
it could be more beneficial for students if they
had more help to access online databases.

hard time finding anything on the DOE
website, so she Googles it and finds the
Perch Portal. Jenn speaks to the IT
department, asking them to include a
link to clubs on the DOE site, but
doesn’t get much help. She finds it
frustrating that she can’t get what she
needs from the English site.

Plot
She gets the information about the clubs
from the Perch Portal and gets the info,
but the workarounds she must take to
get there leave her frustrated and she
puts the club idea aside for now.
