SUMMARY OF PROJECT

Modification on Smart IT Cabin Backend

with Realtime Monitoring
Project will eliminate external access to server details and
users will have enhanced monitoring system. User will be able
to get push notifications via the mobile app available for all
platforms. A suite of tools including monitoring, analytics and AI
solutions suggestions will be integrated in the app. User will
not have to login to their Easy Access account nor connect to a
VPN to use the solution.

Process flow of vendor

Read and manipulate the data retrieved from the sensors

Develop a web based monitoring system compatible with our

certified display monitors and rasp pi.

Link the local data to web API and store in cloud

Develop and administrator panel and user panel to print reports

and do analytical tasks

Develop a mobile app to get push notifications and realtime

monitoring using a native app

PDU status ourput voltage, power factor, total output
current, active power and energy consumption.
Thermal status with push notification if above threshold
Suggestions on how to improvise server performance via AI
User no need to connect to VPN to access panel, just login
at DCS IT Cabin website or via mobile app.

1. Zulabs Sdn Bhd will commit with highest priority in completing this project.
2. Zulabs Sdn Bhd will not be responsible with any misuse of this application in any given time in the
future.
3. Zulabs Sdn Bhd will give free maintenance and debugging only on the set time period. Any prevailing
issues that had to be faced after guaranteed period, fees will be charged to the clients behalf
4. Zulabs Sdn Bhd will not misuse any personal data given to our behalf (for completing the project) in
any possible ways.
5. Reselling, rebranding or renting of this product without the consent of Zulabs Sdn Bhd is unethical.
Duly noted that we will take any legal actions applicable with any possible law towards client's behalf if
deemed necessary.
