What are the ways you can help protect the environment (e.g., individual, community, and
global)?
Student’s Answer:

The environment is one of our natural foundations, we must have the knowledge, passion, and awareness
to take care for it. The environment we live in has a huge role in the people we become. The environment
is important and for many reasons we must take care of it because over the last generation the
environment has encountered many significant threats.

There are many ways we as a community can help protect the environment some are big efforts some are
small efforts but no matter what even the little efforts can help the most if everyone does it. Small efforts
like the simple Reduce, Reuse, Recycle that is taught to all of us, we just don’t have the discipline as a
whole to all contribute to help save the environment. As well as all of the things that we do daily that
harm the environment we need to try and reduce the times we do these things. The most important thing
we can do is to educate each other and discipline ourselves on all the things that harm the environment in
any way and try to change our lifestyles to be more conscious of the environment.

There are many things that we can do to help protect the environment, but the most important thing is
that everyone has to contribute because if people still continue to do things that harm the environment,
then the efforts of those who are trying to protect it is still not enough. We need to educate one another
and have passion to work together to save the environment because after all the Earth is all our home and
we need to take care of it for there to be a future for the next generations.
