*Equip Students with entrepreneurial and cooperative skills and attitudes, and knowledge on entrepreneurship and
cooperativism in order to evolve them into creative, innovative, productive and responsible citizens capable of establishing their
own business ventures, thereby providing more opportunities for self and others.

Vision
*A shift from the employment-seeking to the employment-creation culture by nurturing the entrepreneurial and cooperative
environment, skills and competencies.

What is YECS???
It provides students with practical experiences on Entrepreneurship and Cooperativism. The Department of Education believe
that students exposed to practical experiences, they can evolve in to a more productive, creative, cooperative and responsible
citizens, who are able to establish their own business ventures and eventually finance their own tertiary education.
