1. Setting up the System

the detector and behind the detector, in both measurement and parking
positions. The measured radiation should meet local requirement.

2. Adjustment of Imaging
1) Set up the SCU/SBU using the service software. Save the setting
to flash. (It will be also saved automatically on the customer pc.) □
2) Calibrate the scale bar (set up the pixel size). □
3) Functional test of “Imaging System”. □

3. Adjustment of spectrometer

1) Import detector correction file. □

2) Energy-Channel calibration. □
3) Calculate Cliff-Lorimer standard library(ies) for the voltage(s) and
geometry used. ✔
