Subject: Poor Housekeeping leading to Damaged goods.

This letter is to notify you of the damages caused by poor housekeeping in your conduct of installation
of solar panels in warehouse 40.

Last June 21, 2022, the gutter between warehouse 39 and 40 overflowed during the heavy downpour.
The overflow of the gutter was caused by clogged trash in the pipes. The trash included cellophanes for
the packaging of solar panels. Goods such as soya in both warehouses were soaked and damaged. The
total cost for the damages are yet to be determined. Details on charging will be forwarded to you as
soon as it will be available. However, please note that any damages such as this this will be charged to
the contractor of the project.

Thus, we implore you to conduct thorough cleaning of the areas during and after the installation of solar
panels. Proper housekeeping should be properly implemented to avoid further damages of items in the
warehouses.
