August, 1960 .at ede north local govt Osun state Nigeria do hereby solemnly make an
oath and despose as follows

1. That I am the above named person

2. That Tijani Isiak bamidele is my son
3. That Akinsanya zainab Oluwatobi is my daughter in law and wife to the
said Tijani Isiak bamidele
4. That the said Tijani Isiak bamidele and Akinsanya zainab Oluwatobi got
married to each other at the federal marriage Registry ikoyi ,Lagos state on the
14th day of November ,2022
5. That prior to the marriage I have had the pleasure to visit Akinsanya
zainab Oluwatobi family and a date was scheduled for their marriage to hold
6. That the marriage is existed and still exit
7. That Akinsanya Zainab Oluwatobi has been a good wife and partner to
Tijani Isiak bamidele
8. That since the marriage has been in existence ,My son Tijani Isiak
bamidele and his lovely wife has been in peace and harmony
9. That I consented to the marriage celebrated between my son Tijani Isiak
bamidele and his wife Akinsanya zainab Oluwatobi
10. That this affidavit is now required for record and official purposes
And that I swear to this affidavit in good faith believing same to be true and
