ABSTRACT

Consumer behavior analysis is a critical process for businesses and marketers to understand the needs,
preferences, and behaviors of their target audience. By analyzing consumer behavior, businesses can
develop effective marketing strategies, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and increase
profitability. However, the complexity of consumer behavior and the challenges in obtaining accurate
