Zumunta Electrical and Technical Service involve technical services such as simple fabrications, maintenance and
repairs of electrical machines and general merchandise of electrical appliances, tools, equipments, machineries,
accessories and fittings. The workshop is based in Talata Mafara, Zamfara State. The founders has noticed the
plight of customers in accessing quality and affordable service, electrical appliances, machineries, accessories and
tools, that are of high demand due to people passion for keeping their domestic, industries and shops safe. Our
business goal is to provide quality and affordable services to our customers. Our objective is to be number one
electrical/electronic appliances merchandise and technical services. Our target customers include individuals,
building contractors and government. We may likely offer electrical and technical consultancy services.
OBJECTIVES
Zumunta Electrical and Technical Service will measure it success by ability to achieve the following:
1. Becoming the best electrical and technical workshop where to find quality technical services.
2. To ensure affordable distribution (wholesale and retail) of standard electrical appliances and fittings
3. Customer satisfaction.
4. To serve as a skill acquisition centre where apprentice will receive training.
MISSION STATEMENT
Zumunta Electrical and Technical Service’s mission is to provide job opportunities by training and employing the
youths in the host community through apprenticeship.

Zumunta Electrical and Technical Service is a partnership venture in which Technology Education students with
registration number (EDU/18/TEC/00175-202) agreed to set up the capital and bear the risk as well as the
liabilities of the Business.
LOCATION
The workshop is going to be constructed at NRC complex along Sokoto-Gusau Road, Talata Mafara. Locating the
workshop here will pave easy fabrications, testing and other trouble shootings as the need may arise. The location
of the workshop come also with enough space for teaching/training the apprentice, at the same time; a perfect
location to reach out to the target customers and/or clients.

Our strength over our competitors is the compounding of electrical/electronic merchandise, maintenance and
repairs. Also, inclusion of apprenticeship training, venturing into the corporate social responsibilities to solved
problem not to make huge money. Our competitive edge over our competitors will be providing our customers
with standard electrical/electronic appliances at lower prices (cost leadership).

Zumunta Electrical and Technical Service will strive for selling quality, standard appliances and tools. We plan
on employing the following strategy. Our location put us on proximity to residential area and market. We will
also contact digital market firms to run paid advert for product and service to create awareness and engagement.
We also plan referral marketing to boost our presence via customer satisfaction. Enrolment and training of
apprentice is also an important strategy employed.
