SEEKING SPONSORSHIP

You have just been appointed as sponsorship manager of four-wheel drive motor show. In
Addition to exhibitors, there is a range of other organization that may wish to be associated
with the show such as camping, clothing, and wine companies.

1. Develop s sponsorship packages for various types of sponsor.

2. Identify 10 potential sponsors as targets.
3. For each potential sponsor, explain why sponsor may be motivated to enter into this
arrangement.
Task 2

You have been asked to run an event with an Australian Theme for Senior American executive
who is about to return to the United States after working in Adelaide for three years. This event
will be held outdoors and up to 400 staff members will attend. The Australian theme should be
evident in all aspects of the event, including the décor,music,food and beverage. Since this is a
large multinational company and the media will no doubt attend the event, you must observe
the correct protocol for use of Australian symbols. You also need to ensure that you do not
breach copyright in your use of images,music, etc and seek permission for usage or pay licensing
fee as necessary.

2. Expand on the approach to the theme of this event.
3. Illustrate your use of the Australian Flag.
