PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION

For decades, Krempel has been producing composites
for airplane cabin and train interiors manufacturers
worldwide. The transportation and aerospace industry
are subject to strict fire, smoke and toxicity (FST) regu-
lations. Krempel helps to meet these standards for low
flame spread, low smoke and low toxicity. Our latest
composite innovations offers excellent dynamical me-
chanical properties for certain applications.
A free formaldehyde content of < 0,1% offer HSE ad-
vantages and a safer handling in production. It meets
some of the most stringent fire safety standards and is
certified to EN 45545 HL3 R1/R7 and GOST. It reduces
emissions during composite manufacturing, handling,
storage and use and in case of fire.
In order to offer our customers the best possible ser-
vice, the flexible laminates are also available painted:
Composite painted with textured varnish meeting
the requirements of DIN EN 45545-2 (02/2016) &
(10/2020) HL3 R1 / R7 / R17.
