  there is an opinion that the public transit free of charged 24/7 should be
provided by the government in order to reduce the traffic jams.Personally, I
agree with this point of view for several reasons, but there are still some
struggles to it.
On the one hand , the most important benefit is that this remedy can
alleviate the problem of congestion .The more people using public transport, the
less vehicles being used ,moreover the addition of providing public vehicles
with free system could also enhance the quality of the atmosphere .For example,
with the adoption of electric bus , the air pollution would significantly reduce.
        However, there is still some difficulties facing government who want to
promote this kind of transport system, but the most important is that funding.
beside the public transport service, there are a numerous of other fields that
need financial investment from the authority to improved the residentsʼ living
standard such as transport infrastructure and medical service.  This may not
only put the goverment under unnecessary financial, but also developing
countries, but also require a higher tax payment from the residents to hire more
drivers wroking 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
      In conclusion , besides the fact that free public vehicles is beneficial for
transportation and circulation , solving problems still have to be taken priority
over .
