NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

This RFP Notice is to seek Techno-Commercial proposal from Suitably qualified and experienced
service provider/ company/ developers (‘Bidders’) for “To Onboard the agency for Design, build
and Operate Commercial Sales Data and Analytics Solution” (“Proposal(s)”) at Kempegowda
International Airport, Bengaluru (“Airport”), as per the scope of work, technical specification,
requirement, standards, drawings, timeline, quantities and other details as more fully detailed
herein (“Purpose”).

1. PRE-QUALIFICATIONS TO RECEIVE RFQ DOCUMENT and INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS:

i. Minimum work experience and proven track record of three (3) years or more in the field of
commercial sales data integration and analytics.

ii. Should possess and have prior experience of performing and completing the works of similar
nature as per this RFP scope in the preceding last two (2) years

iii. The Bidder shall have a “Net Worth” of at least INR 10,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Crore
Only) in at least one of the 2 (two) financial years preceding the Submission Date, duly certified
by the statutory auditor

iv. For online bid submission, please visit https://www.bialtenders.com/

v. On receipt of the RFQ, bidders shall submit the quotes/proposals in accordance with the RFPQ
guidelines before the Due Date.

vi. Any submission after the Due Date shall not be considered by BIAL

This RFP is a restricted document, and BIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any
Proposal/Quotes.

3. BACKGROUND DOCUMENTS
All the Interested bidders shall provide the following details in their communication as per
clause 3 (b) above.
A. Firm/Company History

B. All the registration certificates

C. List of similar services handled in the last 3 Years (attach separate sheet).

D. List of similar services for which work in progress (attach separate sheet & enclose
purchase orders as proof).

E. Certified true copy of experience certificates or customer satisfaction certificates or

completion certificate for at least last 3 years

F. BIAL reserves its right to demand any other additional information that might be
relevant for the evaluation of the proposal, at a later stage
