I am grateful for the power that comes with controlling my thoughts and emotions.
By taking control of my mind, I am able to make better decisions, react in a calm
and collected manner, and achieve my goals. I am empowered to create my own
reality and live the life I want to live.
When negative thoughts or emotions arise, I remind myself that I have the power
to choose how to respond. I can choose to dwell on negativity or I can choose to
focus on the positive. I choose the latter because I know it will lead to a more
ful lling and happy life.
I am grateful for the power that comes with controlling my thoughts and emotions.
By focusing on the positive, I am able to create the life I want to live. I am the
master of my destiny, and I choose to live a life lled with joy, love, and positivity.
