Hereto after I am expressing my interest in applying for XXXXX Program at the University of
XXXXXX. My passion for becoming private sector businessman or entrepreneur started earlier than I
expected since my dad’s job was very familiar to me, so we lived with it in our family.
It may be childish to mention that, but not only me to form my high dreams. We were a circle of
4 10-year-old friends and saw eye to eye on many things. Being tight knits, we decided to achieve the
goal of our life: “International business”. At those times, it sounded as something that is difficult to
achieve, but we kept on aiming. Watching movies and news gave us clear notion of what we were going
to be. Unfortunately, when we were 7 th grade at school, one of my mates who also had this dream ended
up with suicide. Of course, this shocking news made us sad, and to some extent built up a wall to stop
thinking. However, after a short time we made a final decision: to study hard, aim high and learn.
Nowadays, one of my friends is already in the US coming closer to his dream and obtaining Business
studies in University. It makes me move ahead and keep on struggling just to make that childhood dream
become true.
From my early school years, I have been involved into various social and intellectual events that
valuably served for the development of my knowledge and enhanced my outlook. Among many interests,
I would specify my strong wish to communicate with foreigners both officially and informally. During
some Debate clubs and Business forums that I observed I found out what the pros and cons of being
businessman are. For me, it was clear that if I want to study, I must learn foreign languages, so that I
could become not just an entrepreneur but international workman. Thus, I have been actively learning
English language for over 3 years and took my first IELTS certificate in 2022 with overall band score of
6.0. School years gave me extra interest with included subject of economics. I realised that here skills
should not dominate, but serve for the betterment and new explorations.
To be honest, being a fan of business, I have always been following TV news and political
situations to get to know everything clearly, so I can form my own view. Being able to work in Wall
Street or at least having partners from any other international company has become a dream of my life
that should become true. I strongly believe that to have an opportunity to study at the University of
XXXXXX would certainly open new prospects in terms of my both academic and personal development.
Since, I am inspired to enhance my entrepreneur skills and learn from the perspectives of others; it would
be a unique chance to study in one of the leading Universities in the US.
While I was studying at State School #35, I considerably dived into many subjects like
Mathematics, Economics etc. I was more focused on Economics and Mathematics as my interest towards
this field has been growing day by day. It may sound strange but I am extremely enthusiastic about my
decision to study XXXXX at your university, as it has been my passion for good many years.
In 2017, there was a grand opening of Silk Road University of Cultural Heritage and Tourism in
my home city, Samarkand. I believed that with this university my dream is as close as never before. In
2022, I have applied for Touristic Business Management Course and felt enthusiastic. After all, it is only
the beginning of studies, but I understand that it is not what I expect from university, from my future. At
some point, realising that I want to do more with my life than just give up led me to apply for the XXX
Program in your University.
I believe that my academic background and my genuine passion towards business studies would
enable me successfully undertake this vibrant program and become valuable addition to the international
student body of your academia.
