ORDER OF ADJUDICATION
ON JURY VERDICTS

THIS CAUSE comes before the Court for a trial by struck jury. The trial was conducted
from Monday, April 17, 2023, to Thursday, April 27, 2023. Present in Court was the State of
Alabama appearing by and through the Office of the Limestone County District Attorney. The
Defendant was present with Defense Counsel. The jury, having been duly empaneled, sworn, and
charged by the Court according to the law, upon their oaths, do say:

“We, the jury find the Defendant, Mason Wayne Sisk, GUILTY of the offense of Capital
Murder by the murder of two or more persons pursuant to one scheme or course of
conduct as charged in Count 1 of the Indictment.”

“We, the jury find the Defendant, Mason Wayne Sisk, GUILTY of the offense of Capital
Murder by the intentional murder of a person less than 14 years of age (Aurora Sisk) as
charged in Count 2 of the Indictment.”

“We, the jury find the Defendant, Mason Wayne Sisk, GUILTY of the offense of Capital
Murder by the intentional murder of a person less than 14 years of age (Colson Sisk) as
charged in Count 3 of the Indictment.”

“We, the jury find the Defendant, Mason Wayne Sisk, GUILTY of the offense of Capital
Murder by the intentional murder of a person less than 14 years of age (Grayson Sisk) as
charged in Count 4 of the Indictment.”

Accordingly, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED by the Court that the

Defendant be and is hereby adjudicated guilty of the following offenses:

1. Capital Murder as charged in Count 1 of the Indictment.

2. Capital Murder as charged in Count 2 of the Indictment.
3. Capital Murder as charged in Count 3 of the Indictment.
4. Capital Murder as charged in Count 4 of the Indictment.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Defendant is remanded into the custody of the
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department pending further Order.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be set for a sentencing hearing to be

conducted on Tuesday, July 24, 2023, at 9:00 am and that the Alabama Department of Pardons and
Paroles prepare a written, pre-sentence investigation for the Court’s consideration.
