    Notes:
    • Assign a leader and a secretary
    • Recorded Meeting
    • Written Report (Summary of the Activity)
    Always include list of group members
    Do not include in the list group members who do not attend or
    participate fully. Leaders should report if there are any occurrences like this.
    Answers for the first activity needs to be summarized and explained.
    Answers for the second activity is individual but must be included in
    the written report as well. Do not forget to compute your score.
