 一、 Technical requirements and scope of supply (2 set of

vacuum station / ship) 技术要求及供货范围（2 套真空

泵站/每船）

The system includes two parts, namely vacuum collecting device, vacuum
toilet (type to be finally confirmed by the owner)
该系统包括两个部分，即真空罐收集装置，真空马桶（挂壁式）。

Vacuum collecting device includes: two sets of independent vacuum

collection tank units, each including: two sets of water ring vacuum pump, two
sets of sewage pump, two pcs vacuum pressure switches, one pc vacuum
pressure gauge, one pc PLC control panel, two pcs vacuum collection tank,
one mounting foundation and valves and connecting pipes and circuit. The tank
material is a stainless steel 316L, volume is one cubic meter. Balance loop
pump can guarantee the smooth starting of pump.
真空罐收集装置包含：两套独立的真空收集罐单元，每套含：两台水环真
空泵，两台排污泵。两个真空压力开关，一个真空压力表，一个 PLC 控制箱，
一个真空收集罐，一套安装底座及阀件和单元内连接管路和电路等。罐体为不
锈钢316L，体积为一立方米。泵的平衡回路可以保证泵的平稳起动。
All material of sewage tank and pipe are 316L. Foundation material is Q235,
spraying epoxy paint, welding to shipyard’s base.
该装置的所有污水罐和管件材料都为 316L.安装底座支架材料为 Q235，喷
涂环氧油漆，与船厂底座的连接方法采用焊接形式。
Sewage pipe valve is ball valve, is made of stainless steel. Flanges in the
pipeline is made of stainless steel 316L
污水管路阀件为球阀，材质为不锈钢。管路法兰材质为不锈钢 316L。
Motor protection class IP44, insulation class is F
电机防护等级为 IP44，绝缘等级为 F 级。

Sewage pumps are marine type comminuting pump, Zhenghua Pump

brand, other pump to be approved by shipowner. Pump body and impeller are
bronze, motor from Dezhou Hengli, outlet check valve is made of stainless steel.
污水泵为船用粉碎泵，选用振华泵业品牌,更换厂家需船东确认。泵体和叶
轮为青铜，电机为德州恒力电机，出口单向阀为不锈钢材质。
 Water ring vacuum pump, Siemens vacuum pump brand,the pump body and
impeller are stainless steel. Dezhou Hengli motor.
水环真空泵，选用西门子真空泵品牌，泵体和叶轮为不锈钢。电机为德州恒力电机。
Recycling water is fresh water. Pressure of fresh water is between 0.1MPa
- 0.6MPa.
使用淡水作为工作液。淡水给水压力为 0.1MPa – 0.6MPa 左右。
Electrical components are Schneilder products. Pressure switch are
DANFOSS products
电器元件为施耐德产品。压力开关为 DANFOSS 产品。

The PLC control panel can ensure the automatic operation of the whole
system, but also has the following key functions:
PLC 控制箱能保证整套系统自动运行，而且具有以下关键的功能：

1． The PLC control panel with remote emergency stop function

(optional), emergency stop of overboard discharge, emergency
stop of discharging to sewage treatment plant or sewage collection
tank, local or other remote emergency stop.
PLC 控制箱具有远程应急停止功能（可选项）。舷外排放应急停止，
污水处理装置排放应急停止，污水收集舱排放应急停止，本地或其
它遥控应急停止。

2． PLC control panel with automatic alarm function. Including: high

level alarm and stop the vacuum pump, the low level alarm and
stop the discharge pump. Failure alarm of vacuum pump and
discharge pump. Pipeline low vacuum alarm. Recycling water of
water ring pump (fresh water) has low level and high level alarm.
PLC 控制箱具有全面的自动报警功能。包括：高液位报警和停真空
泵，低液位延时报警和停排放泵。真空泵和排放泵的故障报警。管
路真空过低报警。水环泵工作液（淡水）低液位和高液位报警。

3． The PLC control panel with the normal running signing function.
Display the normal operation of various pumps
PLC 控制箱具有全面的正常运行显示功能。各种泵正常运行显示。
4． The PLC control box has manual operation function. All pumps
have manual operation function.
PLC 控制箱具有全面的手动操作功能。各种泵都有手动操作功能。

5． The PLC control panel with pump auto start and alternate operation
function. When the low consumption, only one pump (vacuum
pump or discharge pump) runs. Within 30 seconds (time adjustable)
the vacuum or liquid level requirements did not reach, the second
pump (vacuum pump or discharge pump) will run automatically.
The pumps can be run alternately, and benefit to prolonging the
lifetime of the pump.
PLC 控制箱具有全面的泵组自动启动和交替运行功能。低谷时，只
有一台泵（真空泵或排放泵）运行，若没有在 30 秒内（时间可调）
未达到要求的真空或液位，第二台泵（真空泵或排放泵）会自动运
行。真空泵站内的泵能交替运行，有利于延长泵的使用寿命。

6． PLC control box has the function of low and high level alarm for
vacuum pump recycling water (fresh water).
PLC 控制箱具有真空泵工作液（淡水）液位报警功能。

7． PLC control box has the functions of remote alarm. The alarm
signal is the potential-free NC contacts.
PLC 控制箱具有远程报警功能。报警信号为无源常闭触点。

Vacuum Toilet, including: Vacuum toilets 269 sets (P/N:8005951)

(confirm later). Push button, started by the negative
pressure inside the vacuum pipe.
Vacuum interface valve 5L 1set(P/N6005873)(option)

Vacuum toilet including ceramic bowl, PP seat and cover,

push button, control valve,discharge valve, stainless steel
304 flexible hoses, rubber connection for discharge valve
and stainless steel 304 clamps. In the -60KPa vacuum
pressure, the noise is ≤70 DB.
 真空马桶,包含：真空马桶 269 套（数量暂定）（P/N:8005951）。手动按钮，
利用真空管路内的负压启动。
真空界面阀 5L 1 套（P/N6005873）（可选）
真空马桶包括陶瓷本体，PP 盖板，按钮，控制器，排放
阀，不锈钢 304给水连接软管，排污管的橡胶连接管以及不
锈钢 304 卡箍。在-60KPa 真空压力下的噪音≤70 分
贝。B15防火等级等待后续确认。

The brand of vacuum toilet is VacDrain, produced by Shanghai VacDrain

Vacuum Drainage Equipment Co., Ltd. . Refer to the attached detail
parameters.
真空马桶品牌为 VacDrain,由上海威俊公司生产。详细参数参考附页。

The counter flange for all piping connections and the cable glands for
electric panel are supplied by the supplier.
所有管路连接的配对法兰由供货商提供,提供电控箱配套填料函。

4.1 System Detail 系统描述

Shanghai VacDrain vacuum collecting system, makes sewage collection

tank into the vacuum by using water ring vacuum pump, the sewage in
vacuum toilet is sucked into the sewage collection tank, and sewage pump
discharges the sewage to overboard or to sewage treatment device or to
the sewage collection tanks.
上海威俊污水真空收集系统，是利用水环真空泵将污水收集罐抽洗成真空，
将真空马桶的污水吸到污水收集罐，并利用污水泵将污水排到舷外或污水
处理装置或污水收集柜。

Water ring vacuum pump’s start and shut down is controlled by the
vacuum pressure switch (pressure adjustable). Sewage pump’s start
and shut down is controlled by the liquid level switch.
水环真空泵的启动和关闭由真空压力开关（压力可调）控制。污水泵的启动
和关闭由液位开关控制。

The recycling water of water ring vacuum pump (fresh water) can be
manually added
 水环真空泵的工作液（淡水）能够手动补充。

Vacuum toilet use manual button, pneumatic operation. When operating,

press the button, the drain valve is opened, the flushing valve is opened
at the same time, the sewage is sucked. Then drain valve will be closed,
flushing valve will be close delayed, to keep a certain water in toilet bowl.
Vacuum toilet can be discharged upwards or downwards.
真空马桶为手动按钮，气动操作。操作时，用手按动按钮，排污阀开启，冲
水阀也同时开启，污水被抽吸干净后，排污阀将关闭，冲水阀将延时关闭，
保证马桶有一定存水。可以上排水或下排水。

When the vacuum pump is in full load operation (i.e. peak), two stations
can guarantee 10% (30 sets) of the toilet using within one minute. The
total capacity of two vacuum tank collecting station to meet 3600 times per
peak hour, single station can meet the needs of more than 100% of the
total load. A single pump can meet the use of 300 sets of toilet (each toilet
6 flushes per hour)
当真空泵站满负荷运行时（即高峰时），两个泵站可以保证 10%（即 30 个）
的马桶在同一分钟使用。两台真空罐收集装置的总能力满足∽3600 次/小时
的峰值使用量，单个泵站的能力满足总负荷 100%以上的需要。单个泵站能
够满足 300 套马桶的使用（按照每小时每个马桶冲洗 6 次计算）

Vacuum collecting station will supply in one package module. That means
internal parts, accessories, control panel, cable are connected integrity in the
factory, connecting pipe and cable equipment external connected by shipyard.
All cable marine cable. Specify the port / starboard corresponding serial number
tag unit supply, in order to avoid ship lifting error. All external interface should
note card system settings are consistent with the schematic symbol.
真空罐收集装置单元整体供应，即模块内设备、附件、控制箱、电缆均在设备出
厂时安装连接完整，设备外部的连接管件和电缆由船厂连接。所有电缆为船用电
缆。单元供货时应详细注明左右舷对应的序列号等标记，以避免上船吊装错误。
所有对外接口应设置与原理图代号一致的说明牌。

4.3 Installation instruction 安装指导

4.3.1 Delivery condition 交货条件

Vacuum collection device, vacuum toilet, has completed the connection of
the pipes and lines inside. Before delivery, they have been tested in workshop
with corresponding workshop test report.
真空收集装置，真空马桶，分别已经完成了内部的管路和线路的连接，在发
货前已经进行了车间试验，并出具相应的车间试验报告。

4.3.2 Site location 现场定位

4.3.3 Piping connection 管路连接

Vacuum collecting station has following external connection flanges, they
are connecting to the yard’s sewage pipe. The final quantity and size of all
connecting flanges will be confirmed in the approval drawing.
真空罐收集装置有以下的外部连接口，可以连接到船厂的污水管路系统。所

4.3.3.3 Vacuum collecting tank have sewage outlets, odour outlets, flushng inlet,
 supplement recycling water inlet, referred to the principle diagram. All
external interface should have counter flange or joint. Vacuum
collecting tank in the delivery, the external interface should have marks
to indicate its use for facilitating the shipyard’s workers. The internal
valve in the vacuum collecting tank should be installed by the supplier.
真空罐收集装置还有污水排放口，臭气排放口，冲洗口，补充工作液口，
请参见原理图。 所有对外接口提供配对法兰或接头。真空罐收集装置
在供货时，各对外接头应提供注明其作用的标牌，以方便船厂工人施工。
真空罐收集装置内部相连的阀件由供货商配齐。

4.3.4 Electric connection 电气连接

There is only main power supply connection, 3 x440vac / 60 Hz. Control
power is supplied by the transformer inside of control panel.
整个真空收集装置只有一个主电源连接，3x440VAC/60Hz。控制电源由控制
箱内部的变压器提供电源。

4. 3.5 Alarm extension to ECR 报警延伸

There is one common potential-free contact alarm extension available. It
can be extended to ECR.
每个装置提供一个公共的无源报警延伸，报警可以延伸到机舱集控室。

二、 Quality guarantee 质量保证

5.1 All the equipment listed in the technical agreement will ensure its
mechanical properties,under the condition of work environment specified
by users.
所有本技术协议所列设备将在用户给定的工作环境条件下，保证其机械性
能。

5.2 Vacuum sewage collection device factory test should be in accordance

with the requirements of manufacturers test outline, and meet the
corresponding requirements of KR.
 污水真空收集装置出厂试验按制造商要求的试验大纲进行，并满足 KR
相应要求。

5.3 The supplier to provide the equipment shall meet the requirements of
technical requirements, and comply with classification society rules and
regulations of the registration authorities and other relevant legal
requirements.
供货方提供的设备应满足购货方技术要求，并符合船级社和注册当局的规
则和规定以及其它有关的法定要求。

5.4 Supplier shall take all responsibility of design, manufacturing, technology,

quantity. Documentation and design reviewed and inspected by the
buyer does not exempt the supplier’s responsibility for the supply of
equipment by any reason. All the costs shall be borne by the supplier.
供货方对提供设备的全部设计、建造、工艺、质量单独地负有全部责任，
即使图纸和设计是经购货方认可过，也不能以任何理由减轻供货方的责任。
由此所产生的一切费用，由供货方负担。

5.5 Vacuum sewage collection system listed in this technical agreement

shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of similar
equipment, those which weren't specifically mentioned here also should
be solved, if it's needed for effective work or required by classification
society ,and the fees should be paid by the supplier.
本技术协议所列污水真空收集系统应按同类设备的正常要求准备投入使
用，凡在这里没有专门提及的任何事情，如果是船级社和注册当局要求的
或设备有效工作所需的也应解决，费用由供货方支付。

5.6 Vacuum sewage collection system listed in this technical agreement

within 12 months from formal delivery of the ship, if equipment damage
or failure because of the design, the supplier shall within three days send
 service engineer to inspect, replacement parts and troubleshooting, and
all the expenses shall be borne by the supplier.
本技术协议所列污水真空收集系统在船舶正式交付使用起 12 个月内，如
果由于设计而引起的设备损坏或产品质量故障，供货方应在 3 天内派人到
现场进行检查，更换设备或损坏部件，排除故障，由此而产生的一切费用
由供货方负担。
The installation co-ordination and installation quality of vacuum toilet and
sanitary unit, are responsible by the supplier。
真空马桶与卫生单元厂的安装协调和安装质量，由供货商负责。

三、 Test Inspection and Certificate: 试验、验收和证书

Function test of key components and unit factory test to be

performed.
所供设备须进行关键部件的功能试验和整机出厂试验。

6.1 Inspection institution 检验机构

Supplier should invite the ship owners and shipyards to factory test 30
days in advance. Factory test needs the full load test. The factory test
record to be supplied to the buyer and the owner.

供货方提前 30 天船东和船厂参加试验。出厂试验需满负荷测试。并提

供购货方、船东工厂试验记录

Before equipment leaving the factory, inspection will comply with the

requirement of classification society KR, industry standards and

project.
出厂前，供应商根据船级社 KR,行业有关标准以及项目的需要进行检
验。

6.2 Test items and test content 检验项目和试验内容

factory inspection: shipowners, shipyards to send personnel to

participate
 出厂前检验：船东，船厂派人参加。

Arrival inspection: Receiver is responsible for unpacking inspection

when equipment arrive. After inspection, equipment shall be restored

to the original packaging.

到货检验：设备运输到现场后收货方负责开箱检查，检验后应恢复至

原包装。

Installation inspection: Before installing the equipment, the quantity

and appearance quality to be checked. Nonconforming parts are not

allowed into the installation

安装检验：设备安装前，应逐箱逐件进行全面地数量清点与外观质量

检查。不合格的设备和零件不允许投入安装。

6.3 Certificate 证书

Inspection and test report: The supplier provides a single pump test
and inspection reports
检验和试验报告：供货方提供单台试验和检验报告。

Inspection certificate: The supplier provides the factory issued

certificate of inspection effectiveness
检验证书：供货方提供工厂出具的具有效力的检验证书。

Factory certificate: Each pump must have a certificate, and indicate

the types, specifications, applicable medium, the name of the
manufacturer, production date. Vacuum collection devices and
components are required to provide certificate required by KR,
includes pump, vacuum tank etc.

出厂合格证书：每台必须具有合格证书，并注明型号、规格、适用介
质、制造商名称、生产日期。真空收集装置和部件均提供 KR 所要求
的相关证书，包括泵，真空罐等。
四、 Painting 油漆

The unit color (except stainless steel, Mainly refers to the pump color
and foundation color): Supplier standard color (RAL6019).
整机颜色（不锈钢件除外，主要指泵的颜色和安装底座颜色）：供货方标
配（RAL6019）。

五、 Technical service and Train 售后技术服务与培训

8.1 The supplier shall provide competent service engineer(s) to guide the
equipment installation, commissioning, and submit the equipment to
the quality inspection departments and the ship owners inside the
shipyard, the relevant tools and instruments used in the process should
be taken by the supplier.
供货方派人在船厂指导设备安装、负责调试，并向船厂质检部门及船东
交验，过程中用到的工具及仪表由供货方负责。
8.2 The supplier shall provide competent service engineer(s) to assist the
vacuum line installation and tightness test.
供货方派人在船厂协助真空管路安装和密性检测。
8.3 The supplier shall undertake the accommodation, transportation and
other expenses of the supplier’s engineer(s) in the site of the land.
供货方技术人员在陆上现场期间，食宿，交通等费用由供货方承担。
8.4 The buyer according to the progress and the need of the projects, notice
supplier to send service personnel 7 days in advance, supplier should
send personnel on time, and to notice the buyer the number of the
technical personnel and the date of arrival 3 days in advance.
购货方按工程进度和需要，提前 7 天通知供货方派出现场服务人员，供
货方将按时派出人员，并提前 3 天将技术人员到达现场的人数和日期通
知购货方。
8.5 The supplier shall provide 48 hours emergency service guarantee.
供货方提供 48 小时之内应急售后服务保证。
8.6 The shipyard should give full cooperation with the supplier engineer, as
far as possible to shorten the Business Hours. 船厂应与供货方技术工

程师充分协作，尽可能缩短服务时间。

8.7 The technical personnel from supplier shall comply with the regulations
of installation site, to ensure personal safety. 供货方技术人员应遵守安

装现场的制度规定，以保证人身安全。

8.8 The supplier shall train the owner, shipyard’s related personnel of the
equipment’s principle, operation, maintenance for free of charge. 供货

方应免费对船东、船厂相关人员进行设备原理、使用维护等培训。

8.9 The supplier has the capability of global service.

供货商具备全球服务能力。

1． The best condition of vacuum toilet: The

vacuum pressure in vacuum piping should
be between -40kPa to -60kPa.The water
pressure should be above 300kPa.

压力应当保持在-40Kpa到-60Kpa。水压应大于
300Kpa。
2． Please use soft toilet paper. The hard paper
is not permitted。

3． In order to have a better flushing, the push

button should be operated for 2 second

or above，5 seconds is the maxium.

Operation

Closed condition:
In the closed position, the control valve shuts off the connection between the vacuum piping and the discharge
valve housing. As the valve housing then is under atmospheric pressure, the spring-loaded closing mechanism
closes the rubber diaphragm and isolates the bowl from the vacuum piping.

Flushing condition:
As the control valve opens, the discharge valve housing is subjected to vacuum, thus forcing the closing
mechanism to open. This in turn allows the rubber diaphragm to open, and connects the bowl to the vacuum pipe
line.

操作
OPERATION

按下按钮即可冲洗马桶。水阀打开，冲洗水通过冲水环进入马桶内。经过短暂延时，真空使排放
阀阀体动作，推动阀内橡胶套管打开。由于马桶与真空管路中存在压差，使得马桶中的污物得以
排放到真空管路中。

控制器内的冲洗循环会开启关闭循环。当大气进入排放阀，使排放阀关闭。经过短暂延时，大气
进入水阀，使水阀也关闭，这样马桶内就会有一定水位的存水。
冲洗循环结束后，按钮和整个系统会恢复，等待下一次冲洗。

The toilet is flushed by pressing the push button. The water valve opens and lets rinsing water
flow into the bowl through the flushing ring. After a short delay, the vacuum acts in discharge
valve housing and forces the rubber diaphragm in discharge valve to open. The contents of the
bowl are drained to the vacuum sewer by a pressure difference between the bowl and vacuum
sewer.

The flushing cycle in the control mechanism starts the closing cycle. Atmospheric air pulse enters
the discharge valve, which closes. After a short delay, atmospheric air pulse reaches water valve,
which closes and lets a certain level of water at the bottom in the bowl.
After the flushing cycle has stopped, the push button and system will ready for next flush.

Check that the mini-check valve and discharge valve are clean and working correctly
Check that the water supply hose and the filter of water valve are not blocked up.
Check that sufficient vacuum (-30kPa) is available.
Open the shut-off valve in the water supply piping.
Press the toilet push button. Pressing the button starts the flushing sequence. The discharge
valve opens and the contents of bowl are extracted by vacuum. At the same time the bowl is
rinsed by water.
When the discharge valve has been closed, the water level is restored in the bowl by the closing
time delay of the water valve.

当按下按钮，排放阀抽走马桶内污物的同时，检查水阀是否供给冲洗水至马桶。
检查按钮是否恢复到非活动状态；
当排放阀关闭后，检查水阀是否继续向马桶供水。如果水阀延时设置正确，马桶的底部会有一滩
存水；
检查确认没有水或真空泄漏。

Check that the water valve provides the rinse water to the bowl at the same time as the discharge
valve extracts the bowl contents when the push button is pressed.
Check that the push button returns to its non-activated state.
Check that after the discharge valve closes, the water valve continues to provide water to the
bowl. If the water valve time delay is correctly adjusted, there should be a pool of water at the
bottom of the bowl
Check that there are no water or air leaks.

Preparation for a toilet not to be used for a long period

Close the water supply valve.
Run a flush cycle by pressing the push button.
Close the toilet seat cover.

马桶座板清洗说明
只要遵守几点说明，座板就可以很容易清洗干净。
使用温和的肥皂溶液或生物清洁剂；
座板和铰链需要用干软布擦拭，而不能是潮湿的；
当使用粗糙的、有腐蚀性或含氯的清洗剂清洗马桶时，避免接触座板和铰链；
因此，当清洗马桶时，马桶的座板和盖板要在直立位置，直到将所有的冲洗剂冲洗干净。

Cleaning instruction for the seat

The seat is easy to clean, with just a few simple directions for you to observe.
Use a mild soap solution or biological cleaners.
Seat and hinges should not be left damp, but be dried with a soft cloth.
When using abrasive, corrosive or chlorine based cleaners for the bowl, avoid contact with the
seat and hinges.
Therefore, when cleaning the bowl, make sure that seat and cover are in an upright position until
all the cleaner has been flushed away.
