▪ Operating System: Windows 10
▪ New: Office: Original Version of Microsoft Office 2021 [Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint]
▪ The default measuring unit in the Word application is centimeter and the field codes
must not be displayed in printing.
▪ Access application must import CSVs files.
▪ Web Authoring Software: Microsoft Office SharePoint Designer 2007
▪ Graphic Editing Software: Adobe Photoshop CS 6 AND Microsoft Picture Manager
▪ Browser: Chrome AND Firefox (Latest Version)
▪ Adobe Acrobat Reader Any version

Network:
▪ LAN
▪ No Internet connection
▪ New: No shared folder
▪ New: creating a new user account/s for each ICT exam session

Hardware:
▪ Printer for each 10 computers.
▪ For every 10 computers, 2 spare computers are needed
▪ Spare toners

Computer Settings:
▪ Region & Language: English (United Kingdom)
Candidates must not change the regional settings during exam.
▪ Keyboard: US
▪ No Arabic Language installed
▪ Run Microsoft Access on every computer to ensure software is correctly configured.
