CYNTHIA: Welcome To Our Program: "Healthy Life"
“Healthy life”
Today's topic is:
“Adventure sports”.
With you
Edward Quispe
CYNTHIA: Edward, Today's topic is Adventure Sports, which of them can you tell us a little about?
EDWARD: Of course, there are many adventure sports but for me the most impressive has been
"Mountain Bike"
I can tell you that this sport is extreme. It’s a type of cycling that covers a multitude of specialties
but which broadly consists of moving along roads, trails or paths through mointainous terrain
with a greater or lesser degree of technical difficulty.
EDWARD: Cynthia, for this extreme sport you need 9 basic accessories:
Kneepads. ...
CYNTHIA: I understand that you should not carry too many things in your small backpack.
EDWAR: Exactly, because I need to install my hydration backpack. The hydration backpack is a
flexible water bag with a capacity of 1 and 3 liters that can be installed in any backpack and the
liquid can be drunk by sucking through the hose nozzle.
CYNTHIA: Wow...amazing!
EDWAR: The biggest prize in the race goes to the cyclist who completes the route in the shortest
time. Really, the competition is too tough.
It's actually one of my favorite sports, I've visited a few countries to watch the competitions.
CYNTHIA:
The competitors will end up too exhausted after the race.
EDWARD: Yes, and a little dizzy too, they might also feel nauseous. It’s very exhausting, they
expend too much energy. But on the way they can hydrate.
At the end of the race, they can't stop shaking their arms and legs.
I saw some time ago on television about this competition, some advice or recommendations
from the coach.
The coach told them: Stretch your arms and legs is all you have to do at the end. This is true?
EDWARD: Well yes, it’s true, in the end it is the only thing they should do until the muscles
recover their flexibility.
CYNTHIA: I see that the professionals of this sport are well involved in the competition.
EDWARD: Yes, they prepare too much for each mountain course where they are going to
compete and they focus mentally and physically on it.
CYNTHIA: In addition, they have to know the terrain, about the risks and dangers, and tell me,
do they warn their other colleagues if there is any risk or danger?
EDWARD: Yes, of course the development of the competition is clear and transparent.
CYNTHIA: That is very good! In addition, competitors must believe in their abilities to
enthusiastically face what the end of each competition leaves them.
EDWARD: At the beginning and end of each competition there is a large audience there to cheer
on their favourite.
CYNTHIA: Oh really this adventure sport is very interesting, today we have learned a lot about
"Mountain bike"
EDWARD: Thanks to you for the invitation and to the public in their homes.
"Deportes de aventura".
Contigo
Eduardo Quispe
