TRUCK DRIVER’S STANDING ORDER

What you have to do:-

1. Check Engine Oil Level

检查引擎润滑油是否足够 (俗称黑油)

2. Check Hydraulic Oil Level

(检查液压油是否足够 (俗称海洛力油)

3. Check Diesel Oil Level and Check Diesel Tank any leakage
检查柴油箱，柴油是否足够和柴油箱是否有破损而漏油

4. Check Radiator Water Level any Check any leakage

检查引擎冷却箱的水是否足够和是否有破损而漏水 (俗称铜机水)

5. Check Power Steering Oil Level

检查驾驶盘驱动油是否足够

6. Check Brake Fluid Level

检查制止器油是否足够 (俗称勿力油)

7. Check Leakage On Speed Gear Box

检查手动牙箱的油是否足够

8. Check Leakage On Rear Gear Box

后轮的牙箱是否有漏油

9. Check Leakage and level of Urea Tank - AdBlue when required (For Euro 4 Diesel
Engine Only)
检查尿素箱的药水是否足够，和是否有滴漏 (适合用在欧洲标准 4 的引擎)

10. Clean Air Filter (At Least Once A Week)

清洁风网 ( 最少一个星期一次 )

11. Check All Tyres Condition Before And After Work ( Including Bolts, Nuts & Etc) Any
Tyre Replacement, Must inform the Maintenance Person In-Charge
开工前或收工后，检查轮胎的状况 (包括螺絲及螺絲帽等等 )，需要更换
轮胎必须让维修部负责人知道

12. Greasing (At Least Once A Week)

泵牛油 (最少一个星期一次)
13. Check both sides of Front & Rear Spring for crack/damage 检查前后的弹簧片是否有断
裂 (两边)

14. Release Trapped Water In Fuel Filter If Necessary)

去掉柴油过滤器的水 (如果有的话)
15. Release Water In Air Receiver Tank (At Least One Week Once)
去掉风桶的水汽 (最少一个星期一次)

16. Truck Must Be Washed Daily After Work

收工后请清洗车辆

17. Truck Must Be Maintained Neat and Clean

保持车辆清洁

18. Check Leakage On Oil or Air System

检查油或风的输送系统是否有洩漏

19. Any Bin damaged must inform the Maintenance Person In-Charge.
钩桶有损坏，必须让维持负责人知道

20. Treatment of Bins

(a) Must Ensure Bin Is Clean Before Use
(b) Don’t recycle the Bin for different type of material carried i.e. Copper Slag Bin
Must Be Cleaned Before Use For Carrying Woodchip, Compost, Bean Curd etc.
(c) If found, not following instructions, the trip will be void and shall not be paid.
在取空桶去载其他货物时，一定要检查空桶是否清洁。确保所载的贷物不会参到其
他原料。(例如：处理好的黑沙 (乾)、洗好的黑沙 (湿), 豆渣、堆肥等等。是不能够
互相参杂的)

21. Any Vehicle Damage Must Inform The Maintenance Person In-Charge (Don’t Wait until
Serious Damage)
车辆有损坏或有不妥的地方，尽快让维修负责人知道。避免严重损坏时才
要求修理

22. Drivers are to ensure truck engine is switched off and not left idling when not in use
当你离开车辆或停车休息时，必须马上熄掉引擎

23. Truck keys must always be in driver’s possession at all times unless on annual, urgent or
medical leave
当你离开车子，除了必须熄掉引擎处！同时也要取出钥匙，并且随身携带好

24. Truck windows and doors must be locked and keys to be kept in Bee Joo Guard House
before leaving for home.
车辆在不使用时，要把门和窗给锁好，把钥匙存放在 Bee Joo 的警卫室

25. Unauthorized personnel, whether company staff or non company staff are not permitted
to drive truck at all times.
在没有得到公司的允许下，不得私自让旁人(公司员工或非公司员工)驾驶你的 车
辆
26. Company truck is only meant for official work purposes and not for private use by
relatives or friends. Ferrying people or transporting other company’s goods is strictly
prohibited.
在没有得到公司许可，不可私自利用公司的车辆作其他用途。(包括私人用
途、帮助亲戚或朋友载货或私自接洽承载他人的贷物)
 27. No modification or outlook change is permitted on trucks, examples: advertising stickers
or logos, colour of truck, installation of accessories or modification on truck, tainted
glass, etc.
不能够随意改装车辆的装置与配备和颜色。或拆卸车辆的任何配件

28. Truck drivers must comply with work instructions as given by Ops coordinator and not
make their own transport arrangements. Company reserves the right to forfeit transport
allowance as claimed.
司机必须服从公司协调员的指揮，不可以自行安排工作。否则公司有权不付给 自
行安排的趟数

29. Truck drivers must observe and comply with safety rules and regulations whenever in
shipyard, construction site or customer premises, examples: drive carefully, observe
speed limit, parking in only designated areas.
在船厂或建筑工地驾驶，又或在进行其他工作，必须尊守对方的指示和安全准 则.
(如必须放慢速度，安全驾驶，不能够随便停放车辆，工作时要戴好安全
帽、安全鞋等)

30. Value-add and non value-add materials or items, example: big scrap metal pieces or
metal pipes, heavy duty electrical cables, etc, must not be removed from any shipyard,
construction site or customer premises.
在船厂，建筑工地或任何工厂。不可以在没有得到对方的允许下，而私自拿走 对
方任何东西 ( 不论是否值钱 )。否则，将会被对方控告盗窃罪。切记

31. Container bins must be securely covered before moving the truck.
承载货物时，必须把货物盖好。避免车辆在行驶时货物掉落或被风速刮落

32. Unauthorized personnel, including relatives, friends, and family members are not
permitted to be tagged along as passengers during work in shipyard, construction site or
customer premises.
不允许你的朋友，亲戚或家人跟随车辆进出船厂，建筑工地或任何工厂

33. In the event of an accident, driver concerned must report incident immediately to
Manager, Ops Admin or any other related company’s senior officers.
有任何意外发生，必须马上及时让你的上司知道，或工作协调员，或其他相关 高
级职员
