AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, NENITA N. ALONZO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Purok
6 Brgy. De Ocampo, Trece Martires City, Cavite, after having sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state:

1. That on 11 February 2014 a Deed of Absolute executed by Andres B. Mercado in

favor of an agricultural parcel of land located at Lantic, Carmona, Cavite with an area
of Thirty eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty (38,420) Square Meters covered by
Tax Declaration Number 04-0010-00030 docketed under Doc. No.: 60; Page No.: 12;
Book No.: 11; Series of: 2014 lodged on Notary Public Atty. Arnel A. Janabajal the
same being reproduced and made an integral part hereof as Annex “A-1”;

2. That on 11 February 2014 a Deed of Absolute executed by Andres B. Mercado in

favor of an agricultural parcel of land located at Lantic, Carmona, Cavite, with an
area of Thirty eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty (38,420) Square Meters covered
by Tax Declaration Number 04-0010-00030 docketed under Doc. No.: 60; Page No.:
12; Book No.: 11; Series of : 2014 lodged on Notary Public Atty. Arnel A. Janabajal
the same being reproduced and made an integral part hereof as Annex “A-1”;

3. That Andres B. Mercado is one of the legal heir of the deceased Macario Mercado the
registered owner of the an agricultural parcel of land located at Lantic, Carmona,
Cavite with an area of Thirty eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty (38,420) Square
Meters covered by Tax Declaration Number 04- 0010-00029 and as evidenced by an
extra Judicial Settlement of Estate of the Late Macario Mercado with Waiver of
Rights, the same being reproduced and made an integral part hereof as Annex “B”
and an agricultural parcel of land located at Lantic, Carmona, Cavite with an area of
Thirty eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty (38,420) Square Meters covered by Tax
Declaration Number 04-0010-00030 and as evidenced by an Extra Judicial Settlement
of Estate of the Late Macario Mercado with Waiver of Rights, the same being
reproduced and made an integral part hereof as Annex “B-1”;

4. In order the rights and interest of the undersigned be protected and preserve it most
respectfully to requested the legal authorities of CENRO and Provincial Assessor
Office, to ANNOTATE the foregoing Adverse Claim on the face of Tax
Declaration Number 04-0010-00029 and Tax Declaration Number 04-0010-
00030, to prevent any unlawful sale, assignment, disposal or transfer, moreover to
serve as a caveat to any buyer.
