Industrial visit- Aavin Milk plant

On 23rd January 2019 I B.Sc and II M.Sc Mrs.A.Marithangam and

Mrs.K.Rosy and 34 students went to visit the Aavin Milk Industry, Ruby Agro

Product and Parly - G Biscuit Company at Madurai. Aavin Milk Industry the staff

explained about the milk preservation, milk powder preparation, and ghee and

butter preparation. The students had practical knowledge of milk production . In

Ruby Agro product the staff explained preparation of drinks like Rose Milk,

Badam Milk, and Carbonated drinks and packaging of food. The students learned

practically how to prepare different types of drinks in hygiene. In Parly G

Biscuits the staff explained type of biscuits prepared and the package. All the

students and the staff were benefited.
