Contract of employment

THIS CONTRACT OF WORK is made between Devina Singh of SUNSHINE

SNACKS LIMITED of 271 Cornelia Ida Housing Scheme (hereinafter ‘the
employer’) of the one part Aishwarlall Naurang of North Klien, Pouderoyen
(hereinafter called ‘the employee) of the other part ________________

WHEREBY both the Employer and the Employee agree to the terms and
conditions stated herein _____________________

2 Hours and days of work Mondays to Fridays from 07:30 hours to

16:30 hours with

8 Insurance The Employer shall register the Employee

with the National
Insurance Board and make the legally
required deductions
from the Employee’s wages

making the payments
 of all National Insurance contributions for
and on behalf of
the Employee
The Employee shall be eligible for
registration in the
SUNSHINE SNACKS LIMITED Health
Plan managed by
NEWCO Insurance Company

9 Income Tax The Employer shall deduct from the

Employee’s pay all
Income Tax and Health Surcharge
payments required by law
