residence address at Sitio San Joseph, San Jose Antipolo City, hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEROR;

JOSE G. DIAMONON JR. and REVELIA M. DIAMONON, of legal age , Filipino Citizen, and
residence address at B1 L12 P2 South wark Ave., Kingsville Royale Subd., Inarawan, Antipolo City, hereinafter
referred to as the TRANSFEREE

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, THE TRANSFEROR is the present holder of right actual occupant and registered claimant
of that certain concrete structure built over PARCEL OF LAND situated at Sitio Mainit, San jose , Antipolo City.
With an area of ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS (25 x 47 meters) together
with improvements there on.
