General Idea of our Title

Planning plays an important role in determining the degree of success realized by a new or small
business.it is an effective tool used by businesses to organize these goals and objectives into a
coherent format. A business plan should not only reflect the individuality of the new business but
should also follow a standard format. Electronic maintenance offers various opportunities as well
as challenges in contemporary business undergoing transformation. Network installation brings
our local community and country full access with technology and global revolutionary
movement in order to improve that local community problem faced.

This paper provides an overview of local area network installation with their configuration and
opportunities and challenges in different areas related to electronic maintenance. We wish the
excellent business plan a high circulation and the reader’s success when realizing the
recommended strategies and concepts.

Statement of Problem

The existing small business in developing country especially in Ethiopia has not match with the
existing users or population. Small business like electronic maintenance and network installation
not available as much as wanted. Specially Regarding to electronic maintenance, the electronics
devices repair by well unskilled and uneducated person, so those repaired devices does not give
services to the customers for a long time. To repair those electronic devices a person who have
specialized and certified on electronic maintenance course is mandatory. Network are play a
great role on transferring technology and competing with globalization, however in Mattu there
is a lack of man power specialized within a network installation. So our target is to improve
those shortages of man power and satisfy our customers. The services we will gives on the
installation of network is especially around universities, colleges, different schools, different
bureau and individual house holders.
