Accountability of Public Officers must always observe because public officers are the one who’s

responsible to take care, serve, love and promote the country and its people. Public officers are
the one who has the responsibility to our country. Being accountable is one of the good qualities
of a public officer; therefore they need to be accountable at all times. According to the Article XI
of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, section 1: Public office is a public trust. Public officers and
employees must, at all times, be accountable to the people, serve them with utmost
responsibility, integrity, loyalty, and efficiency; act with patriotism and justice, and lead modest
lives. While human relations are all about laws and prohibitions in the Civil Code of the
Philippines. It protects the people and their freedom to do anything that is not against the law.
We all have the freedom to exercise our rights but in lined with that, we are also liable for the
things we do that are contrary with the law and we shall be punished accordingly. Human
relations are about good relations with both public and private institution and its people. Human
relations promote peace and order and it also reminds us how relationship with other people
should be done. Our limits are also stated in this section because we can’t have a good relation if
we do not know our limits and responsibility with each other.

Accountability of public officers and human relations is connected to each other because it is all
about rights and responsibility of every person who has role in both private and public life. We
are all related to one another because we should have good relations in order to achieve peace
and harmony within the society. If we have accountable public officers and good human
relations, we can achieve the peace and sustainable society in our country because it depicts the
success and organize relationship between public officers and its people whom he serves. Being
accountable public servant shows good relationship and it also gives a sign that we have a
healthy environment where negativity shouldn’t foster and only positivity would grow. We
should always observe our movement and actions because it always affects our life and the
whole society we belong. Public officers and ordinary citizens are all the same in the eyes of law,
we should always exercise our rights and avoid neglecting the laws because it has always
consequences with every mistake we do. We all have the freedom to exercise our rights but in
contrary with that we should held accountable in every mistake that we do that breaks within the
law. We should respect each other as we always remind ourselves that we all have the rights and
responsibility to do so. We also have the limits we should observe because we are free but we are
not free to do things that would hurt and violate other people’s rights. We should have a good
relationship between public officers and citizens because this is what we need in order to create a
healthy community and a successful country.
