Technical Skills:
Experience with Microsoft 365 toolset – O365, MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Office
Suite
Plan and recommend O365 Security approaches (Transport Rules, TLS, DKIM and SPF
records)
Deep Understanding of Conditional Access Policies.
Possesses a broad knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Office
365 including Exchange Online, MDM, OneDrive, Microsoft Team, Azure AD and User
Provisioning
Troubleshooting Exchange Online and MS Outlook issues. Good understanding of Mail
Routing
Knowledge/ Experience on migrations during projects or internal activity
Hands-on experience on multiple SMTP Application; Office365, Exchange 2016/2019, EOP,
EAC, PowerShell, LDAP etc.
Solid understanding of core Active Directory principles and technology
Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a
staging environment
In depth knowledge of security principals
Strong PowerShell scripting Experience
