The class project is designed to let you learn and develop some in-depth expertise on a specialized topic.
Organizational dynamics takes a multi-disciplinary approach to behaviors within organizations. It examines
the ways in which people behave and react to each other in workplace group settings, as research has
shown that such behavior varies between professional and private gatherings. Organizational dynamics is
concerned with how supervisors utilize management strategies to manage their departments. The dynamics
of organizational behavior also consider methods that can be employed to help companies work more
effectively as a whole. There will be one deliverable outcome that will be expected from this project
consisting of a written report on the topic and guidance given below. Your audience will be professionals in
business such as executives, managers, entrepreneurs and such. The length of the paper will be between 10
and 20 pages (double spaced) of text with tables and exhibits being considered as additional pages to the
text. It is a good idea to have a one-page executive summary at the beginning of the paper. The basis for
evaluating the written report will be quality of content (quality of research, meaningful content and timely
information), clarity of expression (including well designed tables and charts) and organization (all the parts
of the paper should fit together). The summary should explain the contribution of each member of the
team, be it networking to organize the meetings, compilation, writing or developing the presentation. All
students need to participate in the presentation.

All research should be thru Telephone, Secondary data collection or other communication as feasible.
Physical contact with company/officials is not required, but telephonic interview with actual person is
recommended. There will be a 15-20-minute presentation by each group on 10 th April, 2022.

documents. Material copied /extracted from any previous IoBM report on any subject will earn an
automatic ZERO, and will have a repercussion on the final grade. No extension in submission date is
acceptable.
