This document is a medical report for a CT scan of a 33-year-old male's lumbar spine. The report finds spondylo-degenerative changes throughout the examined spine. It notes diffuse posterior disc bulges between lumbar vertebrae L3/L4, L4/L5, and L5/S1 that indent the thecal sac and encroach on the exiting foramina. The bony spinal canal and apophyseal articulations appear normal, with no abnormal soft tissue densities observed.

REPORT
• Normal alignment of the lumbo-sacral spine.
• Spondylo-degenerative changes of the examined spine, showing end plates sclerosis with marginal osteophytes. • LV3/4 diffuse posterior disc bulge indenting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac and encroaches upon the related both exiting foramina. • LV4/5 diffuse posterior disc bulge indenting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac and encroaches upon the related lateral neural recesses as well as the exiting foramina. • LV5/SVI diffuse posterior disc bulge with left posterolateral protrusion and osteophyte indenting the ventral aspect of the thecal sac and encroaches upon the related left lateral neural recesses as well as the exiting foramina notably the left. • Normal configuration and dimensions of the bony spinal canal. • Normal CT features of the apophyseal articulations. • No abnormal paravertebral soft tissue densities.
