NOTICE TO CANDIDATES CALLED FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION AND

MEDICAL EXAMINATION AGAINST CEN NO. RRC-01/2019.

A provisional list of candidates shortlisted for Document Verification (D.V)

along with date of D.V and subsequent Medical Examination (if qualified in
Document Verification ) is enclosed.
The candidates shortlisted for D.V should bring the following enclosed
Documents from Annexure I, Annexure II, Annexure II(A), Annexure III,
Annexure III(A), Annexure IV, Annexure V(A), Annexure V(B), Annexure V(C)
and Annexure VII duly filled in and signed by competent authorities. Stamp
and seal of the authority issuing the certificates should be clear and
prominent ( in case of certificates issued off-line).
In addition to the above, the candidates should complete the enclosed
Annexure for Medical Examination, to be filled in own handwriting and
Block Letters. The last document i.e. Declaration by the Candidates should
be written in running hand in plain paper. Signature/LTI of candidate shall
be done on the DV date before the officials conducting the D.V.
The candidates should carry Eight (08) recent Passport Size Color
Photograph both for Document Verification and Medical Examination.

The candidates should bring 02 (Two) sets of Photostat copies of all

documents along with original certificates and documents. List of
documents/ certificates are indicated below:-

1. Call letter for PET

2. Call letter of CBT
3. Educational Qualification Certificates at the time of filling of
Application Form.
4. Caste Certificate (if any) submitted at the time of filling of
Application Form.
5. OBC Certificate (if any) submitted at the time of filling up of
Application Form including OBC Certificate issued within 1 year
from the date of Document Verification.
6. Aadhaar Card, PAN Card / any other photo identity mentioned
in Application form.
