OFFER OF ADMISSION
I write, with reference to your application, to offer you admission to the University to pursue a Postgraduate
Programme as a GHANAIAN student as per the following details:
Department: EDUCATIONAL INNOVATIONS IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Programme: MPHIL. ART EDUCATION
Duration: Two (2) Years
Effective Date: Saturday, January 7, 2023; (2022/2023 Academic Year)
1. You will be expected to discuss your programme with your Head of Department, and to take courses in Graduate Skills
Development Programmes.
2. Your programme is full-time by research, and you are expected to complete within the duration stated with the
option of a six (6)-month extension.
3. Your admission is subject to being certified as medically fit by the University Director of Medical and Health Services.
A note is attached to introduce you to the University Director of Medical and Health Services who will examine you.
4. You are to register at your Department and at the office of the School of Graduate Studies at the beginning of each
semester.
5. If you are under bond to any Ministry/Department/Corporation, you should arrange for your release. Any student found
after admission to be still under bond will be immediately withdrawn.
6. All students are considered to be under probation for the full duration of their programme, and may be withdrawn from
the University at any time for unsatisfactory work or misconduct.
7. Should the information you have provided be found to be false or should you be found to be deficient in the
entry requirements at any time in the course of your study, you will be dismissed from the university.
8. Besides charges for registration, you will be required to pay Academic Faculty Charges. You are expected to pay the
appropriate fees for your programme into any of the banks listed in the attached fees schedule.
9. Let me know, by immediately completing and returning the attached acceptance form, whether or not you accept this
offer of admission on the conditions stated above by Saturday, January 7, 2023.
