Subject: - APPLICATION FOR 30 DAYS LEAVE ON FULL PAY.

Respected sir,

With all due respect, it is stated that my wife is ill because she is dealing
with three different medical conditions at once—pregnancy, inflammation of the tonsils,
and a gallstone infection—and needs to be completely immobilized for at least one
month and 15 days, as recommended by her doctor. She is also not allowed to lift any
weights because of her condition, which makes it difficult for her to do so. In addition,
my infant, who is 1.5 years old, needs care because she is unable to help during this
difficult time.

Due to the major disruption in my family, which cannot be resolved until I

take time off from work, I must care for her and my infant child for at least 30 days. I
urgently need at least 30 days of LFP starting on April 16 and ending on May 16 for
this purpose so that I may care for my wife during her pregnancy, which is due in the
next upcoming weeks, and the subsequent one-week recovery period. Please give me
30 days of Leave on full pay (LFP) on humanitarian grounds for the aforementioned
period in light of the aforementioned facts. I will be eternally grateful and will offer my
prayers for you throughout this holy Ramadan.
